DELIVERY
We ship all orders during the next business day after receiving the order.
Finland: Orders in Finland are shipped automatically with Posti. You can choose another delivery provider at the checkout. Usually delivery takes 2-4 working days. If you are around Tampere, Finland you can also choose to collect your order from our Shop free of charge.
Letters are delivered directly to your home. Packages are delivered to Posti's service point, closest to your address. Posti has several service points and you can find more information about them here. You will get SMS once the parcel is ready for pick up.
Rest of the World: We ship world wide. To all other countries orders are shipped with DHL, EMS or Post - Parcel Connect. The delivery time depends on delivery method. The specific delivery times will be visible to you on the check out page.
SHIPPING FEES
Finland: Shipping fee for letter delivery within Finland is 3,9€. Parcel orders up till 35kg are 5,9€.

Rest of the World: You can see shipping costs on check out page or in view cart page if you fill in your country and a ZIP code. Shipping costs include Finnish VAT 24%. Customer outside EU are responsible for possible customs and tax fees.
Unpicked deliveries: If you leave the delivery unpicked or the delivery service can not get in contact with you, the package will be sent back to us. In that case the amount of your order will be returned to you after we have reduced the cost of the return shipment.
